I have been
a personal trainer for over 20 years and I love what I do. I have helped
hundreds of people obtain a better quality of life by listening to there goals
and implementing exercise and nutrition programs to get them there.
My training philosophy is to get all
your energy systems working simultaneously
by incorporating
both your muscular and cardiovascular systems. I focus on using full range of
motion and functional exercises then monitor your heart rate to assure you are
working at the appropriate intensities to reach your goals
